Frames broke within 6 months. Vision replaced them. Frames broke again in same spot on bridge. Vision wants me to pay for replacement frames. I don't understand
We were more than pleased with the amazing customer service by Robin. She found the right size and style of glasses for my husband. She explained and educated us well. She has a wonderful personality. We had a great experience. Would recommend going there.
For the first time in a year I can finally see!! Josh was great at helping pick my glasses out. The staff is very knowledgeable, kind, and don’t rush you. I love my new glasses and so happy with them. The price was wonderful and I’ll definitely be returning there when I need glasses again. Highly recommend Vision Clinic in Waterdown!
I had a great experience with this business, they were extremely accommodating during Covid and my time restraints, they even went out of their way to schedule an appointment with another optometrist for a service they didn’t offer at the time. I brought both my children there and they were always just terrific
